Gerald William Peete, Entered into rest September 2, 2026. Born on May 27, 1941 at St. Marys Hospital to Gerald and Olive Peete. Father of the late Gerald Peete. Brother of Sue Ann Socko, Denise Sicoli and the late Ronald Peete and Fred Peete. Survived by his wife Bonnie Peete and her children Renae (Harold) Duck and Matthew (Darlene) Rowe. Papa to Kira Dennis, Erica (Aaron) Dennis, Danielle Duck, Lucas Duck, Haley (Fletcher) Rowe and Matthew Rowe. Great grandfather of Madilynn, Adam, Amelia and Alaina. Step father of Joanna Copelin. Step grandfather of Luke (Sheree) Copelin. Gerald was a Marine Corps veteran servicing in Viet Nam. He enjoyed baseball, bowling, golf and motorcycles. He was also a great dancer. Memorial services will be held Saturday September 12 at 10AM at St. Timothy Lutheran Church 1453 Staley Road, Grand Island. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Timothy Lutheran Church.
