Grandfather of Xavier, Logan and Skye Ramadan and Draven Greene. Brother of Shirley (Peter) Fleckenstein, Brenda (late Thomas) Ortiz, Richard Greene and the late Marilyn Khuns and Diane Seneca. Son of the late William and Cecilia Greene. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Wednesday 6-8 PM at the Kaiser Funeral Home 1950 Whitehaven Rd., Grand Island where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 AM.
Dear Lydia, I was saddened to hear of your loss and wanted to reach out and offer my condolences. Sorry I’m not there tonight. Although I did not know Cecil all that well, it was always clear from the times we spoke and c that he was a warm, kind-hearted person. He will be greatly missed as a neighbor.
